• Resource person for workshop on Academic Research Work in Geography : An Orientation Course for PG Students, conducted in the Department of Geography, Kannur University.
• Prepared a book on Academic Research Work in Geography as a guide for reference related to fruitful utilization of academic research opportunity at different academic degree level and to specialize in a specific area of research.
• Working as Assistant Professor (on contract) in Department of Geography, Kannur Univeristy from Oct 19th 2018 onwards conducted both theory and practical classes for PG students
• Worked as Assistant Professor for 7 years in H M College in the Department of Geography, affiliated to Calicut University, handling both theory and practical classes for UG and PG students
• Guided 7 PG Diploma projects, 26 M.Sc Dissertations and 29 B.Sc Projects.

• Plan for Rejuvenation of the Pallivayal-Anappatty thodu,Kunhimangalam Panchayat, Kannur district as Co-Investigator, funded by State Planning Board, Government of Kerala.
• Resource Mapping of Kunhimangalam Panchayat, Kannur District with People’s Participation, as Co – Investigator, funded by State Planning Board, Government of Kerala.
